It takes only hours for long-distance hauls and high pallets to reveal weak boards in our box pool. Boxpool manufactures 5 ply corrugated cartons for export to the UAE. Where do you transport containers, handle using forklifts, and store multiple layers? Packed weight, height, and length must be established before we can determine how to use the board combination to spread the compression force across the panels so that the bottom layer will not buckle. Fluting between the layers provides cushioning for fabricated parts (e.g., bottles), in addition to preventing shifting of the carton geometry during transportation. The crease depth allows us to maintain a sharp fold to ensure easy squaring of cartons on packing lines and correct alignment with the pallet. The surface of the carton is suitable for strapping, edge protection, and large labels without tearing. Cartons are shipped flat, to conserve rack towards their daily packing plans.
