Mango Packaging Box

Fruit exports have a very short time frame to move because mangos need a significant amount of air, stability, and rapid moving. Therefore we at Boxpool LLP design and create the mango packaging Box formats that UAE importers and wholesale fruit traders utilise to manage seasonal bulk movement of mangos for sale. Specifically, we incorporate ventilation slots to facilitate the natural process of ripening of fruit while in-transit and/or in-storage. The choice of the board we use is designed to contain the weight of the product without bulging when multiple boxes are pallet racked in cold storage rooms or in reefer trailers. The locking pattern allows for rapid packaging manually at the farm and/or sorting facility. We also leave space on the box for product origin, grade and barcode marking purposes for the market distribution of the product. Pre-season flat delivery of the boxes reduces warehouse load prior to the start of the season. Our box design allows for multiple cycle loading and unloading, along with displaying products at the retail level without breaking down or significant side damage.
