The primary areas of vulnerability in appliance packaging are at the edges/corners of the box during transit, thus the design of the structural components of your box is of higher importance than your printed exterior. In our Manufacturing Facility we produce and export appliance boxes from our facility located in UAE with an emphasis placed on cushioning, precise slotting, and the ability of the box to withstand high vertical load (compression resistance) while being stacked. Examples of our boxes include mug boxes, LED light boxes, vaporiser boxes, tubelight boxes and custom built auto-lock with partition boxes for fragile items. The grade of the board for each box is selected based on the weight of the appliance that will be to be packed and how the appliance will move with-in the carton. In addition, inner fitments are used to ensure that the appliance will not shift in the carton while in transit (delivering to a final customer via long-distance transportation) and while being handled in a warehouse. We also manufacture our boxes to be produced with die-cut accuracy so that appliance distributors throughout Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and every other distribution point will be able to utilize fast pack lines to pack their appliances efficiently, knowing that the dimensions of the boxes will be constant.
