Cosmetic products undergo processing at premium retail operations in the UAE, where any damage to the outer packaging of these items caused by improper carton finishing or incorrect carton size may negatively impact how they are displayed on the shelf. As a company, we produce and provide imported cartons and paper bags for storing cosmetics with clean die-cut edges, accurate locking mechanisms and smooth surfaces for printing labels and other product identification/branding. These packages can be utilized for the packaging of various creams, perfumes, personal care kits, and promotional gift packs requiring little space and no damage during handling. The selection of the type of board utilized for constructing each package is based upon the weight of the cosmetics and the type of display the cosmetics are to be placed into. A precision folding process is utilized for preparing each package to allow for fast manual packing at the point of filling. Bulk shipments to be supplied by distributors to retail will take place along similar replenishment cycles throughout Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah and other beauty trade areas of activity, with each production run having the same uniform shapes and the same consistency of adhesion strength applied to all cartons per run.
