Customized Cake Box

In the UAE, celebration cakes are not typically produced in a predetermined cake size; consequently, there is typically not an ability to trial fits at the bakery and therefore the cake box must be manufactured/packaged to suit the exact shape, height and weight of the cake itself.
We produce and export customized cake boxes with the strength and durability required to handle tall cream cakes and multilayer designs. The board grade and thickness for the box is determined by checking the weight of the cake product and how far the product has to be delivered. The location of a window cut-out, handle type or internal support will be tailored to meet the specific requirements of the client.
Flat packaging will help to minimise storage space and allow for the rapid construction of boxes during busy production hours. Bulk quantities of cake boxes will move through Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and all other areas within the dessert retail zone based on bakery production cycles, with consistency of size maintained across all shipments.
