Hardware Product Printed Boxes

Hardware products are typically moved in bulk, which makes them prone to damage from things like dragging, stacking, cutting and then resealing. The packaging designed for these products has been manufactured specifically to meet the rough routine handling that occurs at both the trading hubs and within the industrial Supply chain of the manufacturers and distributors across the UAE. The board grade used is chosen based on the weight of the product being packed: the light fittings, fasteners, tools and/or mixed hard ware kits. The locking system that secures the structure of the box retains its form even after countless opening at point of sale. Sharp graphics are printed directly onto the outside of the box for identification of product, loading information adding to the barcode for scanning as each box is placed on the shelf of the warehouse storage racks. The internal build of the box is designed to prevent shifting of individual parts when being transported from either the manufacturer to the distributor. Flat packs can be used for shipping products in bulk and will save space in the warehouses of the distributors. The box serves to aid in transportation of products as well as display products, which will reduce the amount of work required by the dealer to pack and store the various hardware products.
