Footware Packing Boxes

In the UAE, footwear shipments are generally conducted through back-of-store replenishment in narrow aisles. Throughout the day, boxes are pushed around, pulled apart and restacked. The footwear boxes manufactured and exported by Boxpool LLP have a side wall stiffness that allows the boxes to remain vertical and maintain their original configuration following repeated handling at stores in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The box board weight is matched to the weight of the pairs when the box is fully loaded and the shelves where they are stored, so that the box will not "squat" after repeated handling. During testing for testing, the boxes have been constructed to allow the lids to have exactly one inch of travel for smooth opening and closing without the corners cracking. The crease lines in the boxes are accurately aligned, making the boxes square, which improves the barcode reading ability of the box and helps to create an orderly display of size by type with particular types on a type of rack. The box surface can be printed with size labels, the Boxpool LLP logo and return addresses on the same pass. The boxes can be supplied with vent pins to control odour build-up when the boxes are in back store. The boxes are flat upon delivery, which will help reduce the amount of stock room space and speed up package preparation when replenishing store stock.
