Waffle Tray

When fresh waffles are created from the machine hot, they will be soft/warm when served and will have sauces that are moving all around until the time of the customer receiving the pack. Boxpool LLP manufactures and exports waffle trays that are correctly sized for the dessert takeaway market in the UAE, where it is equally as important to serve items quickly and to present them nicely. We design the depth of the tray to minimize any bending of the centre of the waffle while leaving room to add toppings such as chocolate, cream or fruit. We choose the board from which the tray is made according to the total weight of the serving so that the base remains strong enough to support the weight being carried by hand and to support the weight of a short distance delivery between locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The design allows the heat of the waffle to dissipate thus preventing moisture from the waffle creating a soggy environment while the customer is waiting at the counter for their order. We fold the ends of the tray to provide added resistance to the customer when carrying either dine-out or walk-in orders. The supply of flat trays allows the outlets to have a stock on hand in their compact kitchen where they can easily store large quantities and continue to fill them very quickly to meet high demand during the peak hour (evening).
