Boxpool LLP designs and markets an engineered fast food serving tray with a strong base that maintains its flat geometric shape when loaded with a combination of burgers, fries and drinks, as well as during transporting from the countertop to a customer in a dine-in setting. Board selection is made based on actual meal weights as well as how long the meal will be held at the dine-in location instead of just utilizing an average common Var sheet. Open-top design allows for rapid product placement and a quick pick-up by the customer. Side wall air creases utilized as finger grips with edge control of the side walls will prevent tray material from bending on the corner edges. The inner surface of the serving tray material has been designed to protect against light oil contact and not bleed through prematurely to the tray's outer face. The arrangement of stack height serves to allow for clean break apart of serving tray stacks in a busy traffic volume. Serving tray material is supplied in flat pack bundles to enable compact rack storage and be fed to the serving line for each shift's demand level.
