Pharmaceutical Packaging Bags Details
Pharmacy dispatch processes are controlled through a batch system and separated from one another. Each pack needs to keep separate the strip boxes, the bottles and the invoices as they are being processed through the counter. The base pasting is used to distribute the weight of the bag equally, allowing it to remain square after being hand carried from Dubai and Abu Dhabi medical stores. The top fold area of the bag has extra reinforcement to prevent the bag from tearing during peak hours in the pharmacy. The inner surface of the bag is prepared to provide a direct contact surface for secondary cartons and labels, free from the presence of fibre dust. Bag size is planned according to common prescription volumes, reducing any need for additional filler. Each pack will accept batch stickers, bar code stickers and cautionary markings to be placed onto the bag's outer edge in one operation. These bags will be shipped flat and will be stored in the area behind the billing and dispersed as needed based on hourly prescription dispensing rates.
