Light Boxes

In the United Arab Emirates (UAE), lighting equipment typically moves through very long distribution channels, and the majority of damage incurred during handling is due to loose fitting of boxes for the products they are in and the use of too weak a support system for the side of the box.

We manufacture and export light boxes with the correct combination of boards, accurately die-cut to the right shape, and designed with edges compressed to provide maximum protection to the product while being handled and stacked. We provide a complete selection of LED light boxes and also designed and manufactured the cartons to package concealed lights so that they can be compacted together and aligned correctly within the cartons. Partitions or some structural element is included for the multiple components packaged together.

The outer surface is smooth to allow retailers to easily identify and label the finished products.

We ship bulk quantities of our boxes according to our distributors' warehouse stocking plans throughout Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and other significant electrical trading locations in the UAE. When consistently folding and sealing (by use of paste) boxes to maintain uniformity from batch to batch, we achieve a high level of consistency in both folding and sealing strength.
