Concealed Light Box

Electrical devices do not break while shipping, but their packaging breaks. We manufacture and ship concealed light box solutions that are used to support lighting manufacturers and project suppliers in the UAE, where product protection and a clean presentation are critical. In addition to maintaining size accuracy so that individual LED assemblies and drivers, as well as their associated mounting accessories, do not move within the box when packed together, we also select the board strength of boxes based on the weight of the contents and how many boxes can stack on top of each other during bulk shipment. We also plan the writing space on the box to include wattage information, model numbers, and installation information to assist with the distribution and installation processes. Box design allows for easy opening of the box to inspect the contents and re-closing without damage, making it ideal for showroom applications. The flat design of the box reduces the volume of storage space required for importers. The design of the box also enables it to support long-distance shipping, withstand the pressure of container loading, and display the contents on store shelves without needing to be re-packed into another box.
