Food Paper Bag

Oil stains on a billing counter result in customers immediately rejecting their orders so the bag needs to be capable of holding hot-pack contents without developing any surface failures. Boxpool LLP produces and supplies food-grade paper bags for the UAE delivery services chain, with the furnish selected based on meal weight and the fact that they will only hold for short periods. The bag has been pasted along the wide base of the bag; this will provide the best possible flat base for burger boxes, wrap sandwiches and snack trays that will travel through Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The side gussets are designed to allow for maximum opening during busy periods for fast loading after placing an order. The top-fold of the bag allows for customers to lift several items at once without tearing. The inside of the bag is also able to handle minimal contact with light oils without experiencing premature soak-through, which could ruin exterior branding. The surface of the front of the bag will remain smooth to allow for displaying the outlet name, order number and delivery labels (stickers). When delivered, the bags are delivered in flat bundles, allowing for each bag to be stored in tight racks. Each bag can then be removed from the racks at the counter based upon the number consumed by each shift (approximately every two hours), allowing the staff to quickly access the required number of bags.
