The flute profile acts as a cushion so that products can be easily wrapped and protected against vibration and slight impact while travelling to their destination in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The rolls are wound tightly so that they can be fed smoothly from a dispensing stand at packing stations. The width of packaging is determined by the size of the pallet and field based on the product’s total surface area; hence, the quantity of material used to wrap will be in control. The paper used for the rolls has strength to hold the strapping tension without flattening the flute. The same thickness of paper allows for a comparable amount of layers when wrapping using machines or manually. The rolls have an outer protective layer, allowing them to be safely stacked in racking systems and be delivered to the production line according to the production schedule.
