Boxpool LLP is a manufacturer and exporter of disposable paper food trays designed specifically for the quick service segment within the UAE, where a continuous flow of products from the kitchen to customers includes fries, wraps and other snacks. The base of the tray has been designed with a crease to allow it to remain flat when used under hot, lightly oily foods so that it does not sag through a dining area when being carried across to customers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The sidewalls provide grip points and centre the portion during pick-up. The paper is chosen based on weight of food and the time the food is held before being served. Stack heights are controlled so that after placing several trays on top of each other, they will separate easily, especially during times of heavy volume. The top surface of the tray can remain free of contaminants for both the outlet branding and order to identify them. Delivered in flat bundles, these trays will fit into quick service locations compactly and flow directly into the serving line.
