Tubelight Box
Tubelight Box Details
In UAE's distribution chain, handling fragile, long-length lighting products presents problems due to their carton dimensions (straightness) and carton edge strength. We use high compression board, accurate slotting, and full-length panel support (in our tubelight packaging) to eliminate receptacle bending during stacking and transportation. We also consider the inner fitment of our products so they won't shift and break when placed together in large quantities. Length tolerances are also controlled so that no loose space is present at either end of the product, and the smooth outer surface of the packaging will allow for clear labels to be applied to each tubelight package for identification through the warehousing process.
Products will be shipped from bulk inventory in spreading (i.e., electric distributor stock) across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and additional commercial market areas as per electrical distributor stocking requirements; and all production quantities receive identical/consistent folding dimensions and pasted strength inside the carton for all production lots.
