Founded in 2007, Boxpool LLP manufactures and sells custom-designed auto lock boxes with partitioning for the Middle East (UAE) where speed and separation of products are important. The base of the auto lock receives a full glue application bonding to the top of the auto lock into place with one touch so that an operator can place items inside without needing additional taping. The internal partition is established based upon product quantity and size to avoid product collision during the transport of goods throughout Dubai and Abu Dhabi; therefore, preventing loss of goods.

An individual design per box type specifications for the Board Grade Material, shall be completed in order to accurately determine the joint weighing and stacking design so as to provide for a multiple race method of crossing (i.e., vertically stacked) so as secure from falling on in a manner that will damage the exterior stack. Additionally, crease accuracy must be completed accurately to maintain vertical side walls for proper transfer of the loads and in an aesthetically pleasing manner for the overall package design of the pallets.

The design works together with the volume packing of a large number of auto lock boxes at one time, so the boxes can produce during the highest volume days, shelf-ready packs are produced and transported hourly in accordance with the warehouse receiving standards.
